Terms & Conditions.✧────────•✦•────────✧Terms of Service.★Timeline: The general estimate for completion is listed on each commission, but may vary based on complexity. I will be sure to give you a proper estimate.★Payment: Commissions are generally paid via my storefront ( Artistree. ), with additional costs to be discussed and possibly invoiced if requested, such as revisions.★Revisions: You’ll have 3 free major revisions during the sketch phase and 2 during line-art/coloring.★Communication/Updates: Regular communication and updates are part of the process.★Rush Fee: If you want the commission before the general estimated time, and if I think that rush is feasible, It'll cost $40 minimum. More elaborate commissions may have a higher Rush Fee.

For commercial and personal use★Credit: When posting online or using the artwork publicly (e.g., streaming), credit should be given. Tag me if you post the art. Credit me if you use my models on stream.★Licensing & Usage: Commercial use is expected for certain items (Such as PNGtubers, Emotes, and Vtuber models). But further use beyond that, like merchandise, requires discussion. (Cost is 60% of the base price).★Alterations: You can’t make changes to the artwork after receiving it; communicate any issues during the commission process.
If you wish to commission a Vtuber model base so you can commission other artists for additions later on, that can be discussed.

Regarding Commission Process.★Please supply me with as many references as possible for the artwork you're requesting.I.E; If you have a specific hair design in mind, don't just describe it to me, please find image reference to show as well!This helps the process immensely. Whether it's a Picrew, other art you've made/commissioned, or inspiration images you've collected.

Will's & Won't's...★ I Will Draw: Humanoids, Some Furries, Fanart, Fantasy content, Chibi, NSFW, SFW,★ I Won't Draw: Gore, Animals, Some Fetishes, Bigoted or Discriminatory content, some Triggering content, Elaborate Backgrounds.
✧────────•✦•────────✧Regarding refunds...★Cancellations: If you cancel or request a refund past the sketch phase, you will not be refunded. If you cancel before I start or during the early sketches, you may receive a refund. You will not receive the sketch.★Delays/inability to complete: Significant delays may result in a 30% refund, and if I can not start or complete the commission you will be fully refunded.✧────────•✦•────────✧
Copyright.
I retain all copyrights over all artwork created by me, Odd Enna. I will not make further profit off of the commission(s). This includes, but is not limited to, illustrations, animations, digital art, and any other forms of visual art. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any commissioned work, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the express permission of the artist. This includes the creation of derivative works, commercial use, and any form of modification or adaptation.By commissioning artwork from me, Odd Enna, the client agrees to use the artwork solely for personal purposes unless stated otherwise in the commission. The artist retains all rights to the artwork, including the right to display, distribute, and reproduce the work in portfolios, websites, social media, and other promotional materials.✧────────•✦•────────✧
Again, I will not make further profit off of any commissions I create, but I retain the right to display them.
